"Medellin offers a wide range of medical services, from general practitioners to specialized care. The city has a number of public and private hospitals, clinics, and medical centers that provide quality care. Many of these facilities are equipped with the latest medical technology and offer a variety of services, including diagnostic tests, treatments, and surgeries. Additionally, Medellin has a number of highly trained medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, who are dedicated to providing excellent care to their patients," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Medellin, Colombia.
"The healthcare in Medellin is great and affordable. Most US prescription drugs are over-the-counter and so much cheaper than the US," commented one expat who made the move to Medellin, Colombia.
