Research the building’s past to make sure that there are no potential issues with structural integrity, security, or other issues. If possible, try to find a place that has various forms of transportation nearby, such as a bus or metro stop. Additionally, consider the proximity to amenities such as supermarkets, parks, and grocery stores as well as safety and noise.
