"It is important to research the healthcare system in Korea before having a baby. Make sure to find a doctor or midwife who speaks your language and is familiar with the healthcare system in Korea. Additionally, it is important to familiarize yourself with the maternity leave policies in Korea and to plan ahead for childcare. Lastly, it is important to build a support network of other expat parents who can provide advice and support," remarked another expat who made the move to Korea.
