"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Turkey. According to the Turkish Property Law, foreign citizens and companies are allowed to purchase and own real estate in Turkey. However, there are certain restrictions in place. For example, foreigners are not allowed to own property in certain military zones or areas that are deemed to be of strategic importance. Additionally, foreigners are only allowed to own one property in Turkey, and the total area of the property must not exceed 30 hectares," said another expat in Turkey.
